These Terms govern your use of FeedMeNot, a craving-interrupt and money-saving simulation app published on Google Play by SK007 ("the Developer"). By using the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Not a real delivery service
FeedMeNot is not a food-delivery, restaurant, grocery, quick-commerce, logistics or payment service. Dishes, restaurants, riders, delivery times, offers, coupons, carts, order totals and tracking screens are simulated. Restaurant names shown are fictional.
2. No food, driver or purchase contract
Using FeedMeNot does not create a contract to buy food or receive delivery. No restaurant receives your order, no rider is assigned, and no food will arrive.
3. Simulated prices and savings
Prices, fees, discounts, calories, savings, streaks and reports are estimates for personal reflection. They are not financial records, medical advice, nutrition advice or verified bank savings.
4. FeedMeNot Pro subscription
Pro is an optional paid subscription. It is billed monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. It is bought, charged and managed through Google Play, so Google's payment terms apply. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. You can cancel any time in Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Pro removes ads and unlocks additional reports and insights, which may change over time. Food and delivery are never sold through this app.
5. Who can use the app
FeedMeNot is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not use it if you are under 18.
6. Responsible use
FeedMeNot is a self-control and reflection tool and not a substitute for professional support. Do not use it if it worsens distress, disordered eating, compulsive behaviour or financial anxiety.
7. Your data
How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy. Most product data stays on your device, so you are responsible for protecting access to your device.
8. Advertising and partners
The free version shows clearly marked Google AdMob banner ads on some screens. We do not show ads on live tracking, victory, journal or reports screens. Ads are provided by Google, and we are not responsible for advertisers' products or claims.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer or tamper with its payment or subscription flows, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
10. Service and liability
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above and ask you to review it where the law requires. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
