Editorial policy
FeedMeNot publishes guides and tools about cravings and food delivery spending. This page explains how we keep them honest and useful.
What we write about
Habits around ordering food, ways to pause on a craving, the real cost of delivery and simple home-cooking ideas for Indian kitchens.
What we do not do
- We do not give medical, nutrition or financial advice. Where a topic touches health or money, we say so and point to a doctor, dietitian or registered adviser.
- We do not promise weight loss, savings or results. Our app is a habit tool and has not been clinically tested.
- We do not take payment to recommend a restaurant, brand or delivery service.
How we check our work
- Numbers in worked examples are labelled as examples and the arithmetic can be repeated with our calculators.
- We describe research in general terms, such as the idea that urges tend to rise and fall, and avoid claiming more than the evidence supports.
- Guides carry a date and are reviewed when something changes.
Advertising
The site shows Google AdSense ads. Ads are labelled and kept separate from our writing. We do not write content to suit advertisers.
